I finally finished my performance for the drama group! Overall, I think it went really well. The music was relevant, and they’re appropriate for different scenes. The teachers, audience, and the performers liked it as well. We successfully performed all of my compositions and even though if there are some mistakes, we tried to keep moving on or try to improvise so people won’t notice. I think we did a great job. Although there are some unexpected events. Like, the drama group cut short their play, and I didn’t know that so I have to re-organize when the music will come in but overall, it went well and there were limited flaws.
I and my team are prepared, but the drama group are quite not prepared on the day. I’ve communicated with them for several times but they didn’t really show me when do I have to play the music until like the last few days. So, if I want to ensure a better performance, we need to communicate better but if they’re not well prepared, I can’t do anything about it.
